Our Alternatives program is geared towards adults who are low income and need assistance with activities of daily living. This program is one of our many programs that are meant to help older adults live at home.

Qualifications for program:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must meet program financial eligibility

Small fee may be required

Must have a need for assistance with care, as determined by professional risk assessment
