Tackling the Issue

Our certified Ombudsman resolves issues surrounding the care and quality of life for people living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our Ombudsman is there to represent the residents' interests. It is the residents' desires and needs that are considered and acted upon.

Our Ombudsman Can: 

• Help resolve problems within long-term care facilities

• Provide support to residents while dealing with concerns they may have about their care and quality of life

• Provide education related to residents' rights, abuse prevention and other related topics
